One of my 2 cameras doesn't keep manually recording videos in library.

HI everyone....need to figure out why one of my 2 cameras does not keep manually recorded videos, or pictures in library. It does keep motion detected videos in the library. Still pictures and manually recorded videos are the issue that the system won't show. The other camera is fine. Had the system for 2 years and this is a new one for me. HELP!!!

Have you tried restarting your base station?

Ive restarted the router many times but still have the issue.

HI--The basestation has been unplugged and reset. Still same issues.
