Arlo camera keeps going offline even changing battery and WiFi boost is next to Base Station

Hi Our camera keeps going off line. We have changed the battery and there is a WiFi boost right next to the base station. Any ideas

WHat is a WiFi boost? If it's something intended to boost the WiFi signal (although I don't know that would be next to the router), that may be the issue by interfering with the signal between the base and camera. You can try moving the base away from router/booster to see if that improves the situation.

The WIFI boost will do nothing for the camera except maybe interference to the base causing an issue

If you have more than one camera, swap the two and see if the issue follows the camera OR is it location....

I would also move the base as far away from the extender as the cable allows.

The base station used to be further away from the camera, and still had the same problem. Moved the base station closer thinking it would help...... unfortunately not.

We didn’t used to have this issue. Everything worked fine. It’s not even a year old.

If we turn the camera off then back on, it works for about a day, then back to normal.

Have you tried to reboot your Base Station to see if that helps?
