Base Station Keeps going offline but cameras keep recording for 10 seconds

I get notifications through the app stating that the base station is out however the cameras keep recording and produce 10 second videos.

Can you please advise what the real issue is? This is very frustrating and I would like to get it fixed.

i reset the base station and within a couple days it has disconnected from the internet and will not reconnect until i power down the unit and restart!! is this a common thing??

When you see the Base Station gets disconnected from the internet, what LED lights show on your Base Station?
