Camera Keeps Sending Alerts With Activity Zones

Can anyone help please? My camera at the front of my house is continually sending me alerts of motion. I have tried using the activity zones to exclude areas (the road) but either way I try it (zone road or just zone drive) it still sends alerts!!! Help

Have you tried to reboot the base station or the cameras? What type of motion is the camera picking up?

Hi. I’ve rebooted and no difference. Activity zones don’t work and even though I’ve set the cameras to pick up person motion only it picks up every car!!!!!

Vehicles can reflect a large amount of IR, Is there a possibility to position the cameras with less of the roadway? you can try and tun the sensitivity down by 1 value and continually test.
