      <title>Arlo Base Station not being found on app or laptop.  Connecting to router but not to Arlo</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Will not complete basic setup.&amp;nbsp; Used tech support without success.&amp;nbsp; Upgraded router and Mbps speed.&amp;nbsp; Hub connects to router but fails to connect to cloud/netgear.&amp;nbsp; I get no green internet light.&amp;nbsp; Reset unit multiple times without any change.&amp;nbsp; Even configured the router for port forwarding no change.&amp;nbsp; About ready to return unit and look elsewhere.&amp;nbsp; Last attempt, then back to store.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
