Night Vision not working

My night vision is basically a black screen (Backyard), pretty much useless unless there is a spotlight.

In camera 3, it appears the IR is reflected of the siding of the house, washing out the remaining area ( making it look dark )

You also have to realize that these are battery-powered and have limited power to illuminate the scene. I can get moderate to dim lighting out to about 15 feet. You can add your own motion-activated normal or IR spotlights to help out for greater distances if that's truly needed or aim your cameras only to the actual area of interest rather than the whole scene.
