Arlo wire free cameras compatibility with arlo wired cameras

Hi,

I currently have 2 arlo wire free cameras and a controller. I would like to purchase arlo wired cameras as long as I can use the same controller for all arlo cameras. Is this possible? If so, which wired model should I look for?

Are you referring to the Q cameras? If so, they don't use a base - they're self-contained and use your home WiFi.

If I use the Q arlo cameras with built in wifi, which software do you use to view the cameras?

I use kguard with other wifi cameras, could that same software be used with the Q arlo cameras?

No. Only the Arlo software works with the Arlo cameras. And any Arlo camera will work on the Arlo app or web site.

OK. The arlo software that I currently use will work with Q arlo cameras!
