Simple system - No smartphone, no WiFi, working in background, monitor and record activity

I am looking for a simple way to have a camera view who is at my front door.

Camera and monitor - No ALexa. No smartphone. No Wifi - unless it can be non-interactive aka - working in the backround. Camera should monitor and record activity - but alerts not needed. Door bell rings - look at monitor - see who is there.

Thoughts or advice are most welcome.

You say no WiFi - does that mean no Internet connection at all? If you do have Internet, a single camera Pro system would work fine and will be able to work with the doorbell. That would give you the view you need as well as the ability to do an interactive video chat with someone who rang the doorbell.
