Orange Light on Camera when attempting to sync

I have 2 cameras that will not syn with router ... all I get is orange blinking light?? can anyone help PLEASE?

Arlo cameras sync to the Arlo base only

Q cameras sync to your router/wifi

If you mean the Arlos cam, do a QUICK push on the base sync button ( don't hold ) and then press the camera button a few secs later.

If you mean the Q cam, then make sure the SSID and passwors are exact ( previos sw had problem with non regular charactors in password )
