1 out 4 cameras will not sync Arlo Base Station. Swapped batteries but did not work.

One of four cameras will not sync with base. Tried at least 8 times. Swapped out batteries with camera that did sync, Still no go. Amber light on camera start fast blinking shortly after sync button released then goes out and unable to do anything with camera until I open batterry cover and reclose.
