Red/Pink Tint on Arlo Wire-Free camera

When I look at my cameras on my phone one of them the screen has a red tint, the other one is normal color. What causes this? How do I fix it?

Look in the FAQs, for many answers prior....

It's the IR filter is stuck. At night, no issue as it's usu down, in day it appears redish.

If new, I'd return it, if less than yr its warranty, if older normal fixes are remove and replace batteries as sometimes that fixes... or a gentle Tap to release same or someon mention using a strng magnet of side ( unknown ).

No it didn't help me it is still red, and i can't contact Arlo at the danish telefonnr 004580253731, the telephone is always busy, so i can't make an appointment, for returning the camara 😞
