Whole screen appears to be "frozen" on my iPhone after signing in. Help?

My iphone asks me to sign in, but when I get to app with pictures, the whole screen appears to be 'frozen'.

I am disabled so can't be climbing telephone masts, or moving furniture to fix it.

I can still access this information online, I am with SKY, but EE Mobile, which connects to Sky Internet.

Please give step by step answer, I am 71

Arlo is to catch teenagers tresspassing or causing damage.

Easier than I thought to fix.

I just took the app OFF of the iphone then re-installed it.

Everything was still there and it's working as well as it was before the 'Freeze'.

I hope this helps if anyone gets the same problem.

I have done the same thing with my Iphone XS and its still freezingbup the whole phone. Extremely frustrating. Anyone else find a reaolve?

This is soooo frustrating. And agin upon opening App to monitor my camera, whole phone freezes. I have removed reinstalld app same results. Anyone found a fix?

Hi @Triniman,

Have you tried to uninstall the Arlo app, restart your iPhone, and reinstall again to see if that helps?

Ok Update
I downloaded latest ios 12.3 and voila. no freezing
