Arlo Only Getting 10 Seconds Of Video

We would like to know why we are only getting 10 seconds of video from our system and we can't work the cameras. The cameras keep going offline as well.

Also the batteries seem to go dead very quickly with this system.

Have you read the FAQ here on changing recording times? Edit your modes and change any settings you need. Be sure to save.

Since you mentioned batteries going down quickly, there are other possibilities. A poor WiFi connection between the base and camera can cause this as well as short recordings. Also, how many total minutes of recording and live viewing are you doing per day? Spec battery life is for <5 minutes total per day.

Thank you for the response we will have a look at the settings to see if we are able to do that.

We are now using rechargable batteries. The cameras are one all day long so that could be why the battery life isn't very good. Once we get into the settings we will adjust that.
