Arlo (not sure where to find model number).....No sound recording....No sound icon on device

version 2.7.1 firmware: 1.3..341 the device is outside …..none of my devices record sound......there isn't even a word for it nor a clickable link of any kind...…………...don't know where to find it, nor have I found any advice nor information regarding it by doing a search...………..even thoughts, advice, or information appreciated.

You posted in the original wireless camera section so I'm going to guess these are not the Pro series cameras. If so, there is no audio on the original cameras, only the newer Pros and now the Ultra.

Hi @JenniferG,

Which devices are you referring to? If you are mentioning the Arlo Wire-Free camera, then (as jguerdat mentions) there are no audios on the original Arlo cameras.
