Have you tried to grant access through the Web Portal? Do you receive the same error message?

I tried on mobile phone, tablet and on pc through the web. Chatted with tech support for over an hour with no results.

I have used multiple different emails as i was advised. The screen appears that it sent the request but the other person does not receive. I set the white list to the 3 domains i was given to allow emails not to be blocked. No change.
