how do i update firmware and/or what is the latest firmware version for the base and cameras for the Arlo VMB3000

You should see an update notice on the Devices tab. However, you can always check using Settings, My Devices, your device, Device Info. Updates should be noted there, too. Verify your firmware versions with what's listed in the Release Notes section here.

Thank you! that helped with the base, but I couldn't find anything related to the cameras. Would that be a separate firmware update?
