Having issues getting back my Arlo Alerts on Mobile device after I have added my Mom System. Not sure why it is not working on Mobile app. My wife App works fine and she is getting Notifications for our system at home. Any suggestions would be great

buy this equipment arlo is very good but by the size of my house I added another camera but this model is only for 5 cameras as could add the camera 6 or would have to buy another larger base to be able to place the 6 cameras the model of the original base is the vmb3500

There's no such thing as a larger base but you can add a second one to increase signal strength to cameras that need a stronger signal if needed. The free plan allows only 5 cameras so to add more you either need to subscribe to a paid plan (if your country can get those plans) or create a second account using a second email address and set up a new system on that account.
