Beginner trying to find a remote camera that will work for our purposes. Just starting to research. Not locked into a camera/model. Situation: Remote water well has power and a digital readout of the level of the water storage tank located 200 yards away. We wish to be able to view remotely the level in the tank at any given time. Digital readout is located inside a small concrete block building out of the elements. The concrete block house enjoys cell coverage.

There are AC outlets located in the block house. Is the Arlo, in one form or another, something that would work for us? I really know nothing about this. What sort of things would I need? If I have a camera, do I need a router? Will I need to set up internet service for said router? As you can see, this is outside my bailiwick. Thanks for the help.
