      <title>Still Being Charged After Canceling Smart Premier Service.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I tried out the "free" trial of Arlo Smart Premier. I opted to cancel via the app several months ago. Everything with my account went back to the basic plan as expected.&amp;nbsp;However, I realized today that I am still being charged $9.99 a month. There is no option to cancel when I use the app or website via a laptop. Screenshot is below (app looks the same). I really hope this isn't going to be like that CD-a-month club I joined in the 90's. It took an act of God and a lawyer to&amp;nbsp;bring an end to&amp;nbsp;that &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
