      <description>&lt;P&gt;I get a motion notification but none of my cameras are recording.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I signed in and read that there are new subscription plans and the 7 day rolling recordings that I bought this system for are still supposed to be working.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I tried a live chat for help but that doesn't work either.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
