    <description>&lt;P&gt;Are all of the lights on the base green?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If this is a new installation have you claimed the base using the app and then syncd each camera to the base?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are using an app then try and use the web interface and see if everything&amp;nbsp;works there.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>My Camera Will Not Sync To App</title>

      <description>When I turn the app on I do not see anything except devices and library. Besides that the screen is blank. The cameras are connected to the base. I'm not sure how what to try next. I followed all the steps in the user guide.</description>
