    <description>&lt;P&gt;Loggged in yesterday to check live view 1/5 /2019&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;screen message said to update - pressed update&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;after the update , when I sign it - there is a message on the screen “ your device is not connected” &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;anyone else have this problem ? &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is it still not connected? You might need to remove the device from your app/web client and then re-sync it. Then re-add the rules for that camera to any custom modes you use&lt;/P&gt;</description>
