Remove the battery from the camera, wait a second or two and then replace it. See if that works.

I have the same problem with one of my 4 cameras. Recordings are fine with this one camera during the day, but all black with audio at night. I have tried this suggestion of removing the battery for a minute and then putting it back in, with no luck. Anyone have any other suggestions?

I'm hoping that I just solved the problem. In comparing device settings between the problem camera and the others, the brightness setting was set lower (25%) than the others that were set at 50%. I bumped the problem camera to 50% and then tested and had night vision again in live view. Fingers crossed that the problem was that simple.
