Arlo Ultra '3 Second Look Back'

Does anybody know if the Arlo Ultra will have the '3 Second Look Back' feature, and more importantly, if so, can it be enabled without AC power?

I'm looking to upgrade my original Arlo system, thanks.

You realize that the 3 second lookback requires the camera to be streaming at all times, rapidly draining the battery, right?

Also hoping that the 3 second lookback is stil included when on power. I imagine we will all find out more soon if they are at CES and BB now list it as arrival 1/14 so we should all have a lot more info soon.
