All the wireless cameras work with all the bases. When syncing, be sure to only briefly press the base sync button - don't hold it. What are the LEDs on both the base and camera showing?

The camera blinks blow and base blinked green
But there do not connect
Can it be that the mobile ( with the app on it ) needs to be on the WiFi of the base ?

You only need to be on WiFi to claim the base initially. After that you don't even need to be using the app or web - just briefly press the base sync button and then the camera sync button. I do that all the time.

If nothing is working, swap at the store.

Just realized I was not on the internal network of Netgear
But now I try to connect and I forgot the password !

What are you trying to connect to? I'm confused about what you're trying to do.

I am trying to add new camera to existing. Base
In order to connect the device I need to connect the iPhone ( with the app on it) to the Netgear network ( the base internal network ) no?

All you really need to do to sync a new camera with an existing base is to briefly press the base sync button (don't hold it for 2 seconds) and then press the camera sync button. It should be that simple. You don't need to use the app at all.
