Model VMS3430 Blinking light on the camera from amber -blue during updating process but it won't complete this update. Customer support is telling me to 1) swap batteries from working camera #1 2) keep camera #2 by base station for a ""couple of days" 3) attempt firmware update at 3:00-4:00 am Sounds crazy but I'll give it a try. Anyone have any other ideas would be helpful and appreciated..
