      <description>&lt;P&gt;My wife and I have had two Arlo Pro cameras for a while. My email account is the second user. When we added a third camera, she logged in and gave me access, but the new camera wouldn't show up on my app. Today she deleted and re-added me, giving me access to all three cameras and the base unit. Now I only have access to the new camera on my app (iPhone 8). Anyone run into this one yet?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;In her account under her Grant Access section has she clicked on all three cameras to be able to be shared?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you tried to delete the granted email, reboot the base station, add the email back through the web portal?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
