    <description>&lt;P&gt;I try to get my red hug camera RMA. I have talked with 3 different supprt members on the live chat and waste nearly&amp;nbsp;5 hours and get nothing. One of them not even get my credit card detail right in 20 minutes.Another one try to fix his phone issue for 50 mintues and called me with no way audio. This is beyond terrible. I really hope Arlo can train the support staff properly. Otherwise this will keep everyone away.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
