One of my camera has a red tint and it’s not going away, tried restarting, removing battery, also changed to new batteries

And you've the the many similar threads here and seen the solution toa hardware problem and opened a case with suppiort here, right?

I have and still the same thing .... It will be color when I first do the reset .... then back to the red tint again .... I'm down from 3 doing it to 2 now.
