my camera is inside the casing upside down and my cameras are not working on motion outside coming up to property.

There is a rotate image 180 degree setting under video settings. Make sure that this is not checked.

The cameras are more sensitive to motion across the filed of view than directly towards the camera.

Adjust the sensitivity settings and try and reposition the camera.

Is the camera inside behind glass? That will block the IR needed for motion detection. The cameras need to be outdoors.
