    <description>&lt;P&gt;What have you tried? WHat do you see? Is the device you're using to claim the base on the same network (not cell service)? What color is the Camera LED?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a VMB4000 base station.&amp;nbsp; I follow the instructions and get power and network green leds but cannot detect.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Unplug all, plug in the etherent cable first and then power...make sure if you using a phone that you are on the same network as the base unit.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;OR&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Try it on a computer with browser ( &lt;A href="https://arlo.netgear.com/" target="_blank"&gt;https://arlo.netgear.com/&lt;/A&gt; ) to see if it's the phone or the system&lt;/P&gt;</description>
