    <description>&lt;P&gt;As noted many times here in multiple threads, the problem is the IR filter getting stuck. Opening and closing the battery door may fix it but it may be temporary, as you've seen. Since it's a hardware issue, open a case with support here:&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was able to figure it out yesterday all I did was open battery cover on camera and close it again. When I would look on my phone the picture would be a amber color instead of clear thanks for responding.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Referrimg to the screen on my cellphone. I figured it out that I have to reinstall batteries in camera to fix problem but it keeps happening every 3-4 days and I have go through process again, Any idea why this keeps happening batteries are brand new?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
