Arlo Wire Free Camera Sensor

My system is VMB3500 Arlo Base Station: can you set perameters for where motion is detected?!? My camera captures everything outside of view and if I lower detection sensor it picks up nothing!! Anyone have a solution to help out of not packaging it back up and sending it back! ~frustrated~

What camera(s) do you have? I go through a process of turning down the motion sensitivity by 1 each time I get an unwanted activation within half an hour of a previous one. Most cameras sit in the high 80's or low 90's as the sweet spot for their sensitivity. If sensitivity adjustment alone is not able to get the camera to detect what you want and not record when you don't want, you may need to reconsider the position you have the camera mounted

No you can actually walk through camera view and does not activate outside of camera view such as outside the top view of camera sets off sensorineural 3 of our cameras! I’m about done I’ve repositioned that 4x’s!!!
