      <title>Laughable service; base station stopped working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Why is it so hard to get a support officer?&amp;nbsp; You have to wait 30 mins just to get a lame response.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Does anyone know how to cut through through the crap service and get much needed support?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Dreading having brought this product. When will companies learn customer support is as important as selling the item.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can not find an email from yourself. Am I meant to be looking on one of your sites? Do I need to waste more time trying to navigate your customer service?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please just send an email direct to me and advise a contact name and numbers.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I would appreciate a solution as to why the base station has stopped working.&amp;nbsp;Annoying I found out it had stopped working when I went to see footage.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have replaced the cords, turned off, reset, etc. plugged the cable in first and then powered on etc.&amp;nbsp; and still can not add the unit.&amp;nbsp; The lights would suggest it is connected to the internet and everything is fine.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
