      <title>Base offline</title>

      <description>My base has been offline for sometime now. It worked for several days but it just won't work now. I've reset every thing, unplugged and replugged everything several times but all it says is error, base is offline.</description>

      <description>Both top and bottom lights are green but the center light is not on at all.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If the Internet LED is off, the base isn't communicating with the router. Can be a bad base, cable or router port. Rebooting the router, as above, is a good first step followed by a different cable and router port if needed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
