    <description>&lt;P&gt;Since you say you "reset", be sure everything has been removed from Settings, My Devices. Hold the base reset button until the LEDs flash amber and start fresh, claiming the base first.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Normally, switching networks doesn't require anything as long as the Internet LED is green.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Trying to reset up my base since switching to a new wifi service. Troubleshooting, I removed the base from my phone, now it won't find the base. The base shows all lights green, at times the internet light flashes green, and my phone keeps saying No Arlo devices found. What are my next steps?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Follow up, I found information about internet provider using proxies, called provider and they took down all proxies, this took away the internet connection to the base. Went back to the way things were, all lights are green, internet flashes at times, any help on the settings for the proxies would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
