    <description>&lt;P&gt;First, make sure your phone is on the same network as the router and base - not cell service. Try using a computer browser to see if that somehow works better. You can also try pressing the reset button on the base until the LEDs flash amber and try again after it reboots. The power and Internet LEDs have to be green for anything to work.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>VMB3500 not recognized by app</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;My &amp;nbsp;downloaded Arlo- app does not find my new base station, VMB 3500, (or any Arlo unit) altough the connection to internet in lighted green.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;II have tried to go through the installation procedure several times as recommended as wel as done general/fabric restart with the same result. I have also reinstalled the app several times. What&amp;nbsp;to do next?&lt;/P&gt;
