    <description>I have tried to reset, reboot, unplug, replug. I’m accessing it on my iPhone X. It still just shows still images in my library. Lots of Package thieves this time of year. Any ideas??</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Arlo cameras are just taking pictures. This just started to happen over the last two weeks. My library went from videos to stills. It’s very frustrating, especially since we’ve had a rash of break ins and theft every single night. I’m about ready to ditch the Arlo and go with something more reliable.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;What firmware are you running on your Base Station &amp;amp; Cameras? What devices/Phone/Model/OS&amp;nbsp;are you experiencing this issue with? Have you tried to reboot your base station and test again?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
