1st Unit Stops When 2-3-4 Camera Activates, Why ??

My 3 camera Arlo ( does not specify Pro, Pro 2 etc. purchased from HSN ) when I attempt to activate 2-3 or 4 cameras - I bought 2 sets - the 1st camera stops recording. This also happens when I’m simply going “live” with multiple cameras. Finally, I no longer rec texts that a unit has detected motion and units are not automatically activating. Please help. Thank you.

Strange. I just confirmed that I can still live stream up to 5 cameras at once. What are your internet upload/download/ping speeds?

How many cameras in total do you have? If you bought 2 sets of three and set them up on the same account, you would exceed the 5 camera limit of the free plan. Also there is a limit of 5 cameras that can stream at one time.
