New IPhone Arlo mode feature is just blank

I just got a new iPhone XS Max. I logged into my Arlo account and my cameras have old names and the “mode” feature is just blank. It’s playing the live video and stored video just fine. Any thoughts that can get it back to how it was before I switched? And yes, I backed up my old phone right before switching. So all of my other things are up to date, just not Arlo.

Some folks are saying that switching to other tabs and then back to Modes works, just not going directly to Modes.
