Hi, I have some questions before buying about the app.

1) Can I delete the alarm clip ?

1a) If yes, is there a way to securely block it ?

1b) If anything was been deleted is there a way to know it ? logs ? events ?

2) Can I set up an email (or ftp) where send clip or photo or alarm messages ?

I don't understand some of your questions. What do you mean by an alarm clip - the recording in the cloud or the notification (push or email)? You can certainly get rid of all of these.

For blocking, we need to know what we're talking about first. Why would you want it blocked? Notifications can be turned off and cameras set to not record. There's no logs or notifications on our end that lets you know if something has been deleted.

No ftp but email notifications are easily possible and can be sent to multiple people if desired.

I am sorry, my english is terrible.

The alarm clip I mean the recording in the cloud. I ask this because because the phones could be vulnerable to attack or my credentials to the cloud could be stealed.

Your security is in the strength of you password. The stream is encrypted and may be on the AWS servers but I don't know that for sure.

And your English is better than many English-only speakers.
