Currently I have firmware 1.11.9.0_26520 on my VMB3010r2 base station. I cannot see the live video now because Arlo asks me upgrade the firmware to 1.12.0.0_27099. However, there is a problem to upgrade the firmware. Whenever I click the UPDATE button, the base station will start the upgrade process and take about 10 minutes offline time. After that, I see the same update request again. It just stays in firmware 1.11.9.0_26520 and never update the firmware to 1.12.0.0_27099. Please fix the problem.

PS: I have tried to power off the station couple and even did factory reset with no luck.

It's a pain but remove all devices in Settings, My Devices. Hold the reset button on the base until the LEDs flash amber. Use the Add Device button (web) or + (app) to clim the base. Sync your cameras. Update the firmware as you go.
