Pairing VMC 3030 with base station not possible

Hello,

it is impossible to pair my camera with base station. Camera is always in status that blue led is flashing slowly. camera has latest software version. I already tried:

- restart base station

- restart camera

- change batteries

- connect camera by micro USB

- delete/add camera

I also wrote an E-Mail to Arlo Support Team (one week ago) without any reply 😞

Camera is from Feb 2017 and still in 2 year guarantee.

Please help me!

Lottchen,

How far away from the base station is the camera when you're attempting to sync? Has this camera ever been synced up to this base or a different base station or is it brand new?
