      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm going to guess that it's really a modem/router and not just a modem and it's owned by the ISP, not you. Is any of this correct?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What are the LEDs on the base showing? If the Internet LED is off or amber there's your problem. However the fixes are different so details are needed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
