&lt;P&gt;The IR filter is stuck...pull batteries to reset camera then reinstall, test.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;if still NG, Gently tap camera....if still NG, then it's a warranty issue thru Arlo support&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'm reaching out for assistance as my Arlo camera is diplaying images with a red tint. It use to provide full color images during the day so I could view and monitor my outdoor area. I&amp;nbsp;searched the community support pages for this topic and it seems as though the reply has been to turn the camera off and replace the batteries or to bang the camera. I've definitely turned off the camera and I've shutdown the modem to restart, however nothing has changed and the images still contain the red tint. I called the customer support number but they provided the same instructions as listed in the community support page which is not helpful. If anyone knows how to remedy this situation that would be great. I'm hoping this is not typical behavior for Arlo cameras.&lt;/P&gt;
