    <description>&lt;P&gt;This can be for many reasons. First, ensure that Night Vision is enabled in Settings, My Devices, your camera. Make sure the red LEDs around the lens turn on in the dark (test in a dark room). Next is positioning - if it's looking out into a black hole, it's not going to be useful since the LEDs will only illuminate out to 15-20 feet without supplemental lighting.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
