Hello all - I have a camera that was triggering alerts constantly (even tested in a dark room facing the wall). It is out of warranty (approx 3 years old). Is it now just a paperweight or do I have options to get repaired?

Thank you

Out of curiosity, is it an original camera, Pro or other? If is one of the original cameras, they are pretty inexpensive right now, and even with the ongoing sales upgrading to a Pro camera is not too bad.

But first, Try removing the camera from your system then re-adding it. It could be that the firmware is confused. If that doesn't fix it then it is probably a paperweight.

Hello Brian - bought this system in Oct 2015. Camera is a VMC3030. I have bought a Pro to replace it but they are very pricey at $176.

I have removed and will try re-adding and update everyone
