    <description>&lt;P&gt;Not quite sure about "resynced the base" - reset it? If so, you need to delete all devices in Settings, My Devices and start all over as if you just got the system. Use the Add Device button on the cameras tab and add the base and sync the cameras. Be sure to only press the base sync button for &amp;lt;1 second or the sync will fail.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Both my cameras are showing offline. I have put new batteries in, rebooted and resynced the base station, but nothing has worked. The sync light will blink green for a few minutes, but eventually gives up and goes out. What else can I do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
