A DNS error will screw everything up. If the base can't reach the server, videos can't be uploaded and you can't check your system. It's entirely possible that the ISP did things to cause the problem which is one reason to use other DNS providers such as Google (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) or OpenDNS (208.67.222.222 and 208.67.222.220). Enter one set of those into your router's DNS page so all devices on your network get those VOA DHCP (toggle the network off and back on or reboot). If you can't or don't want to change the router, each device should be able to manually be set to use one of these services but that's more involved since each device may have different methods of doing so.

Hi, I can view live all my caremas and I test for motion and it works...but for some reason the system does up load videos. Also when I try to log into My Arlo I get a DNS error...my ISP made an update to my system, can this be the problem? Are there some port settings I need to check?
