Vmc3030 Add-On Camera Won't Sync

Camera will not sync to base. Base is working with 3 other cameras just fine. I tried through my phone, online 5-6 times. I tried pushing the base sync button briefly as well. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I am using MacOS High Sierra 10.13.6 on a mac book air

Open and close the battery door. Does the blue LED flash briefly when the door closes, indicating power? When you sync, what does the camera LED show?

When opening and closing the battery door, the blue liight comes on briefly. When syncing, the blue light continuously flashes at the same rate.

It may be a bad camera. Open a case with support here.
